Turkey’s ship scrap market continues its recovery

Since SteelOrbis’ report published on May 17, Turkey’s ship scrap market has recovered again, with prices of two mills increasing by $10/mt. The general range is now at $430-435/mt, up from the $420-430/mt. The sentiment in Turkey’s scrap market is changing, as market players start to believe the bottom of prices has already been reached or will be reached soon.
