SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan are unchanged at NTD 11,900-12,700/mt ($398-425/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for middle and end of July shipments.
