Scrap prices decline in Taiwanese domestic market – week 20

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have decreased by NTD 600/mt ($20/mt) as compared to last week and are currently at NTD 12,800-13,600/mt ($424-461/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
 
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for end of May and early June shipments.
 
$1 = NTD 29.50
