After some Turkish mills have revised down ther local scrap purchase prices yesterday, May 23, local steel producer Kardemir pushed down its local scrap purchase prices today, by about TRY 10/mt ($5/mt). Accordingly, Kardemir's local scrap purchase prices are as follows:
