SteelOrbis has learned that the dock delivered price for HMS I/II 80:20 in Philadelphia is now being heard in the range of $360-$380/gt, against last week’s “official” price of $355/gt. However, for the past 2 weeks, SteelOrbis sources had said that quiet deals had been available to certain sellers, based on volume, in the range of $365-$370/gt, due to recent upticks in scrap cargo sales prices into Turkey.
