SteelOrbis has learned that the dock delivered price for HMS I/II 80:20 in Philadelphia continues to be heard at approximately $355/gt, reflecting no change since our last report a week ago. Similar to last week, sources close to SteelOrbis said they still believe that quiet deals may be available to certain sellers, based on volume, in the range of $365-$370/gt, due to recent upticks in scrap cargo sales prices into Turkey.
