General range in local Turkish ship scrap market unchanged

Since SteelOrbis’ last report published on December 3, the general range of purchase prices in Turkey’s ship scrap market has remained unchanged in the range of $475-480/mt, for delivery to mill by truck. However, as can be seen in the table below at the lower end two producers have changed their price levels.

In Turkey's Izmir region, the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
