Ex-Japan scrap offers to Vietnam

SteelOrbis has been informed that Japanese offers to Vietnam for busheling grade scrap as break bulk cargo are currently at $275/mt CFR.
 
Meanwhile, Japanese offers to the same destination for a mixture of H1 and H2 grade scrap as break bulk cargo have moved up by $13.5/mt on average during the past month to $242/mt CFR.
