Ex-Europe scrap bookings in Turkey

Market sources state that a Turkish steel mill has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $372/mt CFR, 10,000 mt of P&S scrap at $385/mt CFR, 5,000 mt of HMS I scrap at $382/mt CFR and 5,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap at $360/mt CFR.
 
Meanwhile, another Turkish steelmaker has concluded a deal from the same region, but from a different supplier, for 30,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 8,500 mt of mixed HMS I and P&S scrap and 6,500 mt of new cutting scrap at the average price level of $364/mt CFR.
