Ex-Black Sea scrap offer prices vary depending on origin

In the Turkish market, ex-Black Sea A3 scrap offer prices vary depending on their origin. Accordingly, ex-Russia A3 scrap offers to Turkey are standing at $385/mt CFR, though these offers are scarce, while ex-Romania A3 scrap offers are at $365/mt CFR. In Romania, scrap collection prices are currently standing at about $330-340/mt. In Romania, some scrap yards suffering from insufficient material flow due to low scrap collection levels are facing pressure to push up their scrap collection prices.
