Sources inform SteelOrbis that a Turkish mill has recently concluded an ex-Baltic scrap deal for 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $305/mt, 10,000 mt of HMS I/II 90:10 scrap at $310/mt, 12,000 mt of shredded scrap at $310/mt, and $3,000 mt of bonus scrap at $315/mt, all in CFR terms.
