According to market sources, ex-US offers to Taiwan for containerized HMS I/II 80:20 scrap have declined by $6-8/mt since March 27 and are currently at $265-267/mt CFR CY. Meanwhile, Taiwanese buyers are still not offering firm bids and expect ex-US scrap prices to fall by another $10-15/mt in the coming days.
