Ex-US scrap offer to India

SteelOrbis has learned that a US scrap supplier has offered a scrap cargo to an Indian steel producer consisting of 65 percent shredded scrap and 35 percent HMS I/II 90:10 scrap at $480/mt CFR FO Kandla.
