According to market sources, a Turkish steel mill has concluded a deal for 38,000 mt of ex-US scrap. The deal is comprised of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $363/mt CFR, shredded scrap at $368/mt CFR, and P&S scrap at $373/mt CFR. Prices declined by $7/mt compared to the previous ex-US deal reported in late December.
