SteelOrbis sources have confirmed that the dock delivered price range for HMS I/II 80:20 in Portland is still being heard at $375-$405/gt, reflecting no change since our last report a week ago. However, similar to the situation in Los Angeles, some export yards are paying as much as $20/gt more, depending on the seller and the volume of scrap that's being delivered. As such, some buyers have said that in some cases, exporters are paying as much as $425/gt for dock delivered scrap.
