Uncertainty continues in Israeli rebar market

On the back of stagnancy in terms of buying activities, the uncertainty in the Israeli rebar market has continued. Low demand has contributed to the reduced rebar buying activities in the country.
 
Meanwhile, rebar prices in the local Israeli market have registered decreases of $10-15/mt over the past three weeks to the range of $730-735/mt delivered to customers and excluding 16 percent VAT. In addition, Turkish rebar offers to the country are standing at $625/mt CFR, while ex-Turkey mesh quality wire rod offers to Israel are standing at $630-635/mt CFR.
