Turkish rebar market

Price levels for reinforcing bar sales in the Turkish local market are currently at the following levels, without much change over the last week:

Marmara Region:
Small dia.:   TL 820'000-850'000/kg (approx. $470-488/mt+VAT)
Large dia.:   TL 800'000-830'000/kg (approx. $460-477/mt+VAT)

Payas Region:
Dia. 8–10 mm: TL 830'000/kg (approx. $477/mt+VAT)
Dia 12–16 mm: TL 820'000/kg (approx. $471/mt+VAT)
All TL prices are including 18% VAT. USD equivalents are excluding VAT. 1 USD = TL 1'474'553.-
