SteelOrbis is informed that Turkish mills are offering rebars for export to destinations other than the US and Persian Gulf markets at $1,180-1,200/mt FOB on actual weight basis for July shipments.

The Turkish rebar producers are increasing their prices due to the good amount of orders which have been booked lately. It is heard that the latest sales transactions were concluded at price levels of around $1,150/mt FOB last weekend.

On the other hand, the Turkish producers are pushing for $1,200/mt CFR on a theoretical weight basis in the UAE.
