Over the past week, official wire rod prices in Turkey have remained stable ahead of Ramadan.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are at around $555-575/mt, also stable over the same period depending on the region.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its wire rod price at $575/mt ex-works today, February 25. Additional discounts are applicable for serious buyers amid the ongoing currency fluctuations, for cash payments.
Most buyers are not willing to restock ahead of Ramadan.
