Today, July 16, official wire rod prices in Turkey have remained unchanged, while additional discounts are applicable for serious buyers amid the ongoing currency fluctuations and sluggish demand, as compared to Tuesday, July 8.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are at around $540-555/mt ex-works, up by $5/mt on the lower end week on week, for cash payment and for serious buyers only.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its official wire rod price at $585/mt ex-works today. Additional discounts are applicable for serious buyers.
