Official wire rod prices in Turkey have mostly remained unchanged, as compared to Tuesday, March 25, except for falling by $5/mt in the Izmir region.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are at around $580-595/mt, also down by $5/mt on the lower end, depending on the region. Additional small discounts are only applicable for serious buyers.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its wire rod price at $600/mt ex-works today, April 3.
