Turkish mill Icdas revises its longs prices

Today, March 15, Turkish mill Icdas has raised its domestic rebar price in the local currency by TRY 105/mt to TRY 5,730/mt ex-works in order to offset currency fluctuations since Thursday, March 11. The US dollar equivalent of the offer has moved sideways at $640/mt ex-works. Meanwhile, on the same day the steelmaker has also issued its wire rod price at TRY 6,440/mt ($720/mt) ex-works, up by TRY 20/mt in the local currency, while dropping by $10/mt over the same period.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
