Turkish mill Icdas raises its longs prices amid scrap uptrend

Today, February 25, Turkish mill Icdas has increased its domestic rebar price in the local currency by TRY 90/mt to TRY 5,440/mt ex-works amid stronger scrap prices and currency fluctuations. The US dollar equivalent of the offer has risen by $7/mt to $639/mt ex-works. Meanwhile, the steelmaker has also issued its wire rod price at TRY 6,120/mt ($719/mt) ex-works, up by TRY 70/mt($4/mt) on the same day.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
