Today, December 9, Turkish mill Icdas has increased its domestic 12-32 mm rebar prices by TRY 42/mt to TRY 2,576/mt ex-works, excluding 18 percent VAT, against the backdrop of the strong trend in the import scrap segment and the depreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar. On US dollar basis, the supplier’s offers have risen by $4/mt to $444/mt ex-works.
