Turkey’s Kardemir raises wire rod prices for engineering grade products further

Today, October 11, Turkish mill Kardemir has continued its wire rod sales which it opened on Thursday, October 7. However, the supplier has adjusted its local sales for specific wire rod grades, i.e., for engineering grade products as opposed to low-carbon grade wire rod, as per the list below. The producer has issued its list price only on US dollar basis and for cash payment, on ex-works basis. The producer’s wire rod prices have indicated an increase of $15/mt over the same period amid higher scrap prices.
