Today, August 2, Turkish mill Kardemir has cut its prices of engineering grade wire rod products by $55/mt compared to its previous list dated Tuesday, July 26, against the backdrop of the negative sentiment in the import scrap segment and currency fluctuations.

The producer has issued its list prices only on US dollar basis, for cash payment, on ex-works basis.
