Turkey’s Icdas revises longs prices to offset currency fluctuations

Today, October 4, Turkish mill Icdas has raised its official rebar price by TRY 20/mt to TRY 7,020/mt ex-works to offset the currency fluctuations since the end of last week.

The supplier has also issued its official wire rod price at TRY 8,070/mt ex-works today, up by TRY 30/mt over the same period. The producer has maintained its official rebar and wire rod prices on US dollar basis at $670/mt ex-works and $770/mt ex-works respectively.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
