Turkey’s Icdas keeps its dollar-based longs prices stable

Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its longs prices in the local currency in order to offset currency fluctuations. The mill has increased its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 1,070/mt to TRY 17,580/mt ($640/mt) ex-works compared to Monday, June 19. The supplier has also raised its wire rod price by TRY 1,085/mt to TRY 17,855/mt ($650/mt) ex-works. Both long product prices include nine percent VAT and remained on US dollar basis unchanged over the same period.
