Turkey’s Icdas increases its longs prices

Today, July 4, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 850/mt to TRY 13,895/mt ($700/mt) ex-works, amid the positive sentiment in the import scrap segment and currency fluctuations. The supplier has hiked its wire rod price by TRY 1,050/mt to TRY 14,290/mt ($720mt) ex-works. On US dollar basis, the rebar price has increased by $40/mt and the wire rod price by $50/mt, since the end of last week.
