Turkey’s Icdas hikes its rebar price

Today, September 22, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 330/mt to TRY 15,180/mt (700/mt) ex-works, compared to Monday, September 12, against the backdrop of rapid currency fluctuations. The supplier has also increased its wire rod price by TRY 125/mt to TRY 15,835/mt ($730/mt) ex-works over the same period. The supplier has hiked its rebar price by $10/mt, while keeping its dollar-based wire rod price stable.
