Turkey’s Icdas hikes its longs prices as week begins

Today, March 7, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its official rebar price by TRY 480/mt to TRY 15,230/mt ($900/mt) ex-works amid the positive sentiment in the import scrap and billet segments and against the backdrop of currency fluctuations. The supplier has also increased its wire rod price by TRY 495/mt to TRY 16,415/mt ($970/mt) ex-works. Both prices indicate a $20/mt increase on US dollar basis.
