Today, March 11, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has issued its official rebar price at TRY 23,550/mt ($585/mt) ex-works. The supplier has also issued its wire rod price at TRY 23,750/mt ($590/mt) ex-works. Both prices include 10 percent VAT. Both rebar and wire rod prices indicate a $5-10/mt increase amid the ongoing currency fluctuations and higher import scrap prices.
The workable rebar prices in the Marmara and Izmir region vary at $570-585/mt ex-works today.
