Spanish steel billet export offers

SteelOrbis has learned that Spanish mills' steel billet export offers stand at €490/mt ($676/mt) FOB on actual weight basis. However some Spanish producers have concluded steel billet transactions to Morocco and France at €485/mt ($669/mt) FOB.
