SteelOrbis has been informed that the local price of medium size rebar in the Italian market is currently at €800/mt ex-works on actual weight and open account basis. The base prices for rebar in the Italian domestic market vary in a range of €590-600/mt.
Meanwhile, the rebar export price, which stood at the level of €850/mt FOB Italy last week, has this week registered a decrease, dropping to the range of €800-810/mt FOB Italy.
