Rebar price in the Spanish market

Spanish producers have been offering Spanish origin 12 mm B500S rebar to the local market at around €640/mt ($1,005/mt) ex-works on actual weight basis with 30-day deferred payment, excluding VAT.

The producers announced varied prices for extras at the end of March for the month of April. However, on April 3 they reached agreement on common extra prices for the month in question. With the new extra price levels, Spanish producers are asking around €640/mt ($1,005/mt) ex-works on actual weight basis with 30-day deferred payment, excluding VAT for Spanish origin 12 mm B500S rebar in the local market. The producers are asking base prices of €400/mt ($628/mt) for April.
