Rebar offers from Turkey to East Africa

After its usual sales of rebar to Kenya came to a halt, a Turkish steel producer has instead been concluding regular sales of small volumes to Tanzania and Madagascar over the past eight months, while the offers to the countries in question are currently in the range of $440-445/mt FOB, on actual weight basis.
