Rebar offers from Latvia keep on declining

Ex-Latvia export offers for medium sized rebars are currently at the price level of €280/mt ($365/mt) FOB on actual weight basis for one hundred percent prepayment. The price indicates a decrease of €5/mt as compared to last week. Buyers have refrained from purchasing rebar at the level in question and delayed their purchases. The expectation in the market is that the softening will continue.
