Prices continue to decline in Turkish rebar market

According to market sources, rebar prices in the local Turkish spot market have decreased by TRY 35-60/mt compared to November 16, though prices on US dollar basis have fallen by $4-10/mt due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate. Market sources state that prices have been revised downwards due to the weakening of the US dollar against the Turkish lira and since demand for domestic rebar has started to weaken.
