Merchant bar prices in the Bulgarian domestic market

Compared to other southern European countries, the Bulgarian merchant bar market is currently seeing greater levels of activity. Ex-factory merchant bar prices in the local Bulgarian market depending on size, thickness, regions, and also on the sales price levels of traders (with previously taken positions) which are lower than the mills' prices, have this week been at the following levels on actual weight basis:

Angle 6 m:

 25 x 25 - 100 x 100

€801/mt ($1,250/mt)

120 x 120 - 125 x 125

€816/mt ($1,265/mt)

IPE 12 m:

IPE 220 - IPE 300

 €851/mt ($1,328/mt)

IPE 330 - IPE 400

 €876/mt ($1,368/mt)

IPE 450 - IPE 500

 €887/mt ($1,384/mt)

HEA 12 m:

HEA 200 - HEA 300

 €851/mt ($1,328/mt)

HEA 320 - HEA 400

 €876/mt ($1,368/mt)

HEA 450 - HEA 550

 €917/mt ($1,432/mt)

Flat bar 6 m:

All prices are ex-works, excluding VAT, on actual weight basis and for 2-3 month deferred payment.
