According to sources, one Iskenderun-based mill is rumored to be testing a wire rod price of $555/mt ex-works, unchanged over the past week, depending on the tonnage and payment terms.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey have settled at $550-570/mt ex-works, stable week on week.
Most buyers are in wait-and-see mode due to the ongoing currency fluctuations, while also monitoring the import scrap segment.
