Today, June 11, official wire rod prices in Turkey have fallen by $10/mt in the Marmara region, while remaining stable in the rest of the country, as compared to Tuesday, May 27.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are at around $555-565/mt ex-works, also down by $5/mt on the higher end depending on the region, for cash payment and for serious buyers only.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its wire rod price at $585/mt ex-works today.
