Today, September 9, official wire rod prices in Turkey have mostly remained unchanged week on week except for falling by $5/mt in the Thrace region amid sluggish demand.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are at around $540-555/mt ex-works, down by $5/mt on the higher end over the same period, for cash payment and for serious buyers only.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its official wire rod price at $560/mt ex-works today.
