Korean HCWR market

SteelOrbis is informed that Korean high carbon wire rod market situation is not so brilliant mainly due to the poor situation of construction sector. Local wire rod buyers in the market are slowing down their purchases, putting POSCO in difficulty. Fourth quarter offers are at around $353-354/mt CFR FO Korea.
