Iskenderun-based Turkish mill revises its longs prices

SteelOrbis has been informed that today, May 3, an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill has issued its official mesh grade wire rod price at TRY 13,600/mt ($698/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT, falling by TRY 200/mt ($10/mt) from the previous day, amid the negative sentiment in the import scrap segment and sluggish demand. Moreover, the mill has issued its rebar price at TRY 15,000/mt ($653/mt) ex-works today, while its rebar sales were closed yesterday.
