Iskenderun-based Turkish mill raises its longs prices

SteelOrbis has been informed that today, May 15, an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill has issued its official mesh grade wire rod price at TRY 13,700/mt ($697/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT, rising by TRY 300/mt ($14/mt) compared to the end of last week, amid the ongoing currency fluctuations and the unclear financial situation in the country. Moreover, the mill has issued its rebar price at TRY 15,900/mt ($685/mt) ex-works, today, rising by TRY 250/mt ($9/mt) over the same period.
