Indian government-run steel producer Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has floated an export tender for 30,000 mt of prime concast billet for delivery by June 20, 2026, company sources said on Tuesday, April 28.
The sources said that the last date for submission of bids has been set at April 30,2026, for the entire volume on offer.
Delivery to the successful bidder will be executed against irrevocable without recourse international letter of credit payable at par.
This is the second consecutive billet export tender floated by RINL. Lately, it floated a large offer for 60,000 mt , with the deadline for submission of bids also being April 30, 2026.
