Indian domestic billet prices trend down

On October 8, SteelOrbis reported that Indian domestic billet offers increased to INR 34,000-34,500/mt ($460-467/mt) ex-works Raipur.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that trading weakened in the past few days as the INR depreciated further against the dollar. Domestic billet prices are now reportedly at INR 33,500-34,000/mt ($451-458/mt). Prices decreased $9/mt.
