Import steel billet offers to Dubai

SteelOrbis has learned that Turkish mills' 3SP-5SP billet offers to Dubai are at $675-680/mt CFR Jebel Ali for May shipments, while 3SP-5SP billet offers from the CIS to Dubai are at $660-665/mt CFR Jebel Ali for May shipments.
