Import rebar offers to Yemen

Market sources indicate that Turkish mills are offering rebar to Yemen at the price level of $620-625/mt CFR on theoretical weight basis and for late April/May shipments, while Chinese rebar offers are at $550-560/mt FOB.
 
Local market players state that these offers are considered to be on the high side in the current market conditions and so they believe ex-Turkey rebar offers will soften in the coming days.
