SteelOrbis has been informed that Russian billet offers to Taiwan have increased to $405/mt FOB after the rise observed in import scrap prices in Turkey. Meanwhile, Asian billet offers to Taiwan have remained stable at $405/mt CFR and Chinese billet prices to the same destination are at $490-500/mt CFR.
